Terms of Service

By downloading or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the Atlas iOS app published by ManulCoo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Fulshear, Texas.

Atlas is a personal bill-splitting and invoice delivery tool for iPhone and iPad. It helps one person (the "admin") split a shared bill and send invoice links to other people ("members").

Atlas is a notification and tracking tool — it does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial institution. All payments occur directly between the admin and members outside of Atlas.

By using Atlas to send invoices, you agree to:

· Use Atlas only for lawful purposes · Only enter contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) for people who have given you permission to contact them · Accurately represent the amounts owed — Atlas is a tool, and accuracy is your responsibility · Not use Atlas to harass, spam, intimidate, or misrepresent charges to anyone · Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing electronic messaging

When you use a paid tier to send invoice notifications via SMS, you confirm that:

· You have a pre-existing relationship with the member (e.g., they are part of your shared bill group) · The member has provided their phone number to you and understands they will receive invoice notifications · You will honor opt-out requests promptly

SMS messages sent through Atlas are transactional notifications (invoice delivery). Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Members can opt out of future messages by contacting you directly or emailing contact@manulcoo.com.

Atlas uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages. By using the SMS feature, you also agree to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy.

Atlas offers one-time in-app purchases (Plus and Pro tiers) through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple — we never see your payment card information.

We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. Tier features are disclosed in the app before purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges.

Atlas is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or that invoice delivery will always succeed.

Delivery depends on third-party services (Twilio, Resend, Apple Messages, email providers) that are outside our control. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by third-party service outages, spam filters, or incorrect contact information.

ManulCoo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas — including failed invoice delivery, payment disputes between users, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to Atlas shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Atlas and its design, code, and branding are owned by ManulCoo LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission.

You can stop using Atlas at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if we determine you have violated these terms, particularly the messaging consent requirements in Section 4.

We may update these terms. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at manulcoo.com/terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, or through binding arbitration at our election.
