Terms of Service

By downloading or using Tucol, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to the Tucol iOS app published by ManulCoo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

Tucol is a personal bill-splitting and invoice delivery tool for iPhone and iPad. It helps one person (the "admin") divide a shared expense and deliver invoice links to other people ("members").

Tucol is a notification and tracking tool — it does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial institution. All payments occur directly between the admin and members through external services of their choosing (such as Venmo). Tucol has no visibility into or control over those transactions.

Some features are designed for the United States. The Venmo payment button only works for members who have a Venmo account, which Venmo offers exclusively in the US. Automated SMS delivery (Pro tier) is available for US and Canadian phone numbers only. Email invoice delivery, invoice pages, and payment tracking work worldwide, and amounts can be displayed in any currency you choose in the app.

By using Tucol to create and send invoices, you agree to:

· Use Tucol only for lawful purposes and genuine shared expenses · Enter contact information only for people who have given you permission to contact them · Represent amounts accurately — Tucol is a delivery tool, and the accuracy of charges is your responsibility · Not use Tucol to harass, intimidate, or misrepresent charges to any person · Comply with all applicable laws governing electronic messaging and debt collection

Pro tier users can send invoice notifications via automated SMS. By using this feature, you confirm that:

· You have a pre-existing relationship with the member (they are part of your shared expense group) · The member has provided their phone number and agreed to receive billing texts from you, and you have recorded their consent using the in-app consent toggle before sending · You will honor opt-out requests promptly

SMS messages sent through Tucol are transactional notifications (invoice delivery and payment reminders). Message and data rates may apply. Members may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting contact@manulcoo.com.

Pro users who enable the automatic follow-up feature authorize Tucol to send up to three reminders per invoice (the exact number is chosen by the admin) to members who have not paid by the due date. These reminders are sent using the same consent recorded at invoice creation.

Tucol uses Twilio to deliver SMS messages. By using the SMS feature, you also agree to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy (twilio.com/legal/aup).

Tucol offers a one-time Pro upgrade through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple — we never receive or store your payment card information.

We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy. Pro features are described in the app and on manulcoo.com/pricing before purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges.

Tucol relies on the following third-party services to function. Their availability and policies are outside our control:

· Apple CloudKit — data storage · Apple App Store — in-app purchase processing · Supabase — invoice record database for all users who send invoices, plus supporting-document storage for Pro attachments · Cloudflare — infrastructure and invoice page hosting for all users who send invoices · Twilio — automated SMS delivery (Pro tier) · Resend — automated email delivery and payment-confirmation emails (Pro tier)

We are not responsible for failures caused by outages, policy changes, or rate limiting by any of these services.

Tucol is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, free of errors, or that invoice delivery will always succeed. Delivery depends on third-party services and factors outside our control, including spam filters, carrier restrictions, and incorrect contact information provided by users.

ManulCoo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tucol — including failed invoice delivery, payment disputes between users, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to Tucol shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Tucol and all associated design, code, branding, and content are owned by ManulCoo LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission.

All third-party names, brands, trademarks, and logos that appear in Tucol — including those of service providers such as phone carriers, streaming services, and utilities — are the property of their respective owners. ManulCoo LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of these companies.

Where a brand name or logo is shown, it is used solely to help you identify the bill or service you are splitting. Logos are retrieved from third-party logo directories based on the service name you enter, and their display is a descriptive, nominative reference only — it does not imply any relationship between that company and ManulCoo LLC or Tucol.

You are responsible for the group names, service names, and descriptions you enter, and for ensuring your use of any third-party name is lawful. If you are a brand owner and believe a logo or name is shown improperly, contact us at contact@manulcoo.com and we will address it promptly.

You may stop using Tucol at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have violated these terms, particularly the messaging consent requirements in Section 4.

We may update these Terms of Service as the app evolves. Continued use of Tucol after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at manulcoo.com/terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, or through binding arbitration at our election.
